My work integrates Polyvagal Theory, focusing on the body's wisdom. Using practices like CBT, meditation, EMDR, nervous system regulation and somatic therapy, I empower individuals to regain trust and safety within themselves. My aim is to allow the client to build the resourcing to support their WHOLE self in navigating presenting challenges and reducing dis-ease.
